Started with no Google profile at all, worked through a suspension on Google and another on Apple, and reached #1 for lawn care service in Saratoga Springs.
The challenge
Breathtaking Lawn was an established local business doing good work, mostly through word of mouth. But online, they were nearly invisible. They had a website they’d built themselves that wasn’t doing them any favors, a listing on Nextdoor, and a single passing mention in a Facebook thread. That was the entire online footprint.
No Google Business Profile. No Yelp. No Apple listing. No real social media presence of their own. For a business in a market as competitive as Saratoga Springs, it was almost impossible to find them online.
The work
I built them a brand new website, laid out around the services the business provides, on a new domain that matches their full business name. They were happy with the result, and from there they brought me on for a monthly retainer to build out the rest of their online presence.
I got access to their Google Business Profile and optimized it, helped create and optimize their profiles on Apple Business Connect and Yelp, and took over their Facebook and Instagram with regular weekly posts. The business went from almost no online footprint to showing up on every platform customers actually check.
Some of it wasn’t simple. The Google profile was suspended once after I got access, and the Apple Business Connect profile was suspended too. Getting both back took real persistence. These are the platform hurdles that stop a lot of businesses cold. The result is a presence that’s fully live, verified and working.
The results
A business that started with no Google Business Profile, then had its Google and Apple profiles each suspended once along the way, was the first business listed for “lawn care service in Saratoga Springs, NY” by mid-2026.
